Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on any of our products. Please carefully review product details and images before completing your purchase.
Damaged Items
We understand that issues may arise during transit causing possible damage to our jewellery. In the rare event your item arrives damaged or defective:

Shipping and Transit Damage
Each jewellery item is photographed prior to shipping to ensure it is in perfect condition before being shipped
Once your order is handed to the shipping provider (Royal Mail), we are not responsible for any damage caused during transit.
We strongly recommend contacting the shipping provider to raise any concerns or discuss claims related to transit damage.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for jewellery that has been used or altered after delivery.
